Real-time global results & data. Practicing Ross physicians are asked to use this site to submit new and follow-up case results, by applying for membership to the Registry, then filling out our forms online. Member-physicians and non-members alike are welcome to view and download our definitive, global Ross Procedure data, dating back to Mr. Donald Ross' original results from the late 1960s. Custom reports are also available for Member physicians.

About the procedure. Finally, patients and physicians that are new to the procedure may tour our site to receive a thorough education in its history, risks, and benefits-as well as a complete roster of physicians who have displayed a particular level of interest and success in the procedure.

Getting started. Prospective patients will find the Procedure section a good place to start. Surgeons already familiar with the procedure are invited to register or login here.

The Ross Procedure, a.k.a pulmonary autograft, is an innovative surgical solution for aortic valve disease. Pioneered in the 1960s by the British cardiac surgeon Mr. Donald Ross, this operation is particularly suited to young patients with congenital aortic valve disease, as well as athletes and women of child-bearing age, offering superior hemodynamics and no need for an anti-coagulant medication.
